Five Guys Burgers and Fries

After my daughter's piano lessons, we stopped at Five Guys for dinner.  The kids had a little bacon cheeseburger cut in half (one is too big for one kid) ketechup only.  I just had my standard order--little bacon--little bacon cheeseburger, light mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and A1 sauce. A small order of fries satisfies us and we have leftovers I crisp in a toaster oven to make Poutine the next day.

In general, I always have a good burger at Five Guys Burgers & Fries.


I have only 2 minor gripes about occasional experiences I have at Five Guys:

1. The bun gets too soggy, too fast--so I always ask for it extra toasty. I wish the company would address this.

2. Music on TOO LOUD. I like classic rock on XM  as much as an average guy but being unable to hear my kids talk at our table is not fun.

Overall this is one of the few large chains whose burgers are of high quality (others include In-N-Out, Fatburger and CheeburgerCheeburger)
